The whole market success depends upon the promises made by the company but through my interaction with near and dear who are not related to Business managemnt I came to know common perception that Surf , Rin , Wheel , ponds are three different companies while we know ther are from HUL in this case people track their experiences with Brand promises what company is promisinh they are least aware in multibranding what each Brand is promising important.
So whatever any Busines organisation is promising need to promise throug its spoke person personality such as inanimate Brands.
Whter what Ponds has promised it is fullfilling so whole mammoth of meetings and promises should look into promises made by each and every name while parent company is not pronuced to public
